  Sushi culture has long history since the Edo Era (1603-1867). Variety of service is available, for example, they developed a conveyor-belt sushi and its delivery. It’s indispensable when to discuss Japanese diet culture. Its popularity spreads all around the world and fairly fulfill people’s appetite everyday anywhere. Hakumon Herald focuses on the history of sushi, past and future. One features Suzumo Machinery Co., Ltd. which made sushi trends successfully worked, emerged three times last 50 years due to an emersion of a conveyor-belt system, by inventing sushi cooking machine. We spotlight a group of people who educates sushi chef of sushi philosophy and succeed to next generation. And interviewed Kiyoshi Kimura, CEO of Kiyomura Corporation, about the succession of sushi culture.
